My name is Dr. Nevalon Mitchell. My daughter and I are patients of Dr. Lynda Crawford and cannot be more pleased, thankful and appreciative for her and her staff. Dr. Crawford is one of the most caring, competent and sensitive human beings I know. I am a veteran who appreciates customer service and competent care. Dr. Crawford is THE ONE!

Dr. Crawford is the most unpleasant, rude, condescending, curt and unprofessional doctor I've ever seen. I'm still shaken by the visit. Incompetent staff. I've never seen a doctor behave the way she did. Is she straight up crazy. I should have checked her reviews. I'm not at all surprised she has a 2. She should have a minus 0.

Don’t go

The staff welcomed me with smiles, and Dr. Crawford appeared promptly. She took care of my problem quickly and without fuss. She also did an unscheduled procedure that I would have otherwise had to return for on another day.

Dr. Crawford knows her craft and is so caring and so is her staff. The only thing that could improve is her hours.

NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!! You can’t have this many people say the same thing who don’t know each other and ignore it. Dr. Lynda Crawford is the worst dermatologist I’ve never seen a doctor act so abrasive and lack compassion. She seriously has the bedside manners of a mortician. She stormed out of a consultation when I had questions and didn’t agree to take the suggested medication. She is rude and she yelled at me when I continued to talk about my issues. All while sitting there in undressed with a random woman in the room whom she doesn’t state why she’s there.

I've had eczema my entire life so I have been managing it quite well. However; I moved and had to find a new dermatologist. Choosing Dr. Crawford was the worst decision. Her bedside manner is cold and uncaring. Her front desk and back office staff are rude and cold just like her; I guess behaviors trickle down from the top. My skin has gotten worse under her care. Now they have this new "government mandated" form for patients to fill out. LIES- this is not mandated - its payment incentive program. I had a feeling she was just there to write prescriptions for money. She doesnt care about your skin she only cares about getting kick-back from the various, non-compatible prescriptions written. You've been warned - go someplace else for your skin care.

I have been going to Dr. Crawford for over 15 years because she is a very good dermatologist. However, her bedside manner is appalling and unacceptable. She is rude, roll her eyes, cut you off while you are talking and has a condescending demeanor about her. Then her assistants, Karen (who comes in before the dr.) and Tammy (who comes in with the dr.) are just as bad as she is. I have tried to be nice to this person but it went totally left at my last visit and I let her have it! She had the audacity to tell me not to come back. Who does that?! My Mom and Uncle went on separate occasions and they both refused to go back.

Quickly diagnosed. Nice office. Well maintained.
