DON'T GET DR. VILLASENIOR. He misdiagnosed me, and manipulated me into squeezing as many appointments as he could to make more $. When I told him I no longer wanted him, he said I was firing him in efforts to make me feel bad about it. He charged me $50 to write 2 sentences to my college to explain my illness when I was suffering from symptoms because of him prescribing a wrong medication he gave me due to a misdiagnosis. Oh and their receptionist are terrible/rude and their answering service is flawed. Have some decency towards your clients and their time. I was disgusted by Gina as well as the business manager allowing me to be charged $50 when they knew I had no option but to pay it to fix my GPA. This place is supposed to help people with mental illnesses not make them feel worse and desperate. Makes me SICK thinking about how villasenior and Gina made me feel. Now I have a psychiatrist than empowers me and respects my time. He also tried to prescribe me Aderall just… because I told him I was drowsy in the morning from sleep meds.

Mistakenly takes clients ahead of you making you wait until their appt is over. Then if you miss an appt you get billed an enormous "missed appt" fee!! Half of the apps are spent small talking about weather and nonsense. I would've been okay with the long wait of him taking in his other patient before us, but if he's going to bill for us missing an appt, then we should get credited an hourly rate of having to wait an hour for his mistake!
