First of all,,this system would not let me rate her less than a xxx and up until her practice closed, I would have given her xxxxx. I saw Dr. B for 17 years and relied on her heavily. (Crazy). She told me I was her favorite patient, gave me her personal phone number, and helped me on weekends. After she told me she was closing her business I was lost but respected her. Bottom line is I ran into some problems with my Rx’s. She would not help me. She wouldn’t respond to her texts. As for her personal number? I WAS OVER IT. My heart was broken. Should be more careful with words in the business of psychiatry.....JUST SAYIIN...

I have been seeing Dr Bertram for a year now, and have been very pleased. She has helped me to face my root problems and address them head on. I was not just medicated and sent on my way. She is straight forward and caring. At first I think I wanted some medication and did not want to really change but she helped me to truly change. She saved my life and my marriage. Thank you

I have seen many doctors and find Dr Bertram really cares about me and my son and understands how I feel and what I am going through. She even checked up on us when she was out of town.

I had to wait a few weeks to see Dr. Bertram but when I had my first appointment she was thorough and thoughtful. I went for therapy and had my antidepressants adjusted and was surprised how much progress we made in a few months. It worked well for me that she does both psychotherapy and medications.
