Hit the nail on the head with my diagnosis, after several other clinicians had been made other diagnoses and prescribed treatments that didn't work or that I wouldn't try. Burkes then knew just the medication to use, taking advantage of both its on and off label uses. Also a very caring and accessible family physician.

This lady should retire. Bedside manner extremely poor, but more importantly she lacked knowledge despite touting her 35 years of expertise. Numerous HIPAA violations, arrogant, would not provide notes (lost in a flood). She treated my children despite notified in writing not to treat them, As a physician myself, she would not be considered a "Doctor's Doctor". In my opinion, she's a hack, and should be avoided at all cost.
