Dr. Lynn Kimthi Cao, MD

Worst pediatrician or doctor for that matter I have ever encountered. She prescribed unnecessary medicine to my children instructing them to take it daily, shared medical information about my daughter with an unauthorized person violating HIPA , and misdiagnosed my child resulting in CPS to get involved which was immediately dismissed. Not to mention the rudest receptionist who you can clearly tell hates her job. Do not trust this woman with your children. I am mind blown how she still has her medical license. BEWARE!

By far the worst Peditrician. I gave facts about my child and Dr. Cao took it upon herself to twist my words and put false information in my child's medical record and she would not revise it. Prescribes unnecessary medication and tests to my child so she can make money. Insurance fraud. Do not let her fool you. Never trust this doctor. She needs her medical license suspended indefinitely.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Cao and her nurse. The only complaint I have is the receptionist. She is not very friendly and seems bothered on the phone, quick to hang up. Not at all what I would expect from a front line person especially a pedetricians office.

We have been seeing Dr. Cao since 2007 and we are extremely happy with all services. My kids love the experience from the minute we walk in, to the nurses and the doctor! Dr. Cao is knowledgeable, thorough and I feel relief knowing she is the one treating my kids. My kids love her!!

I don't understand how an office can have a non caring receptionist (Lisa). (Im sorry, but I had to mention her name) She barley smiles and does not show any kind of willingness to help. And if she needs to do something for the patients' parents, she sighs about it. I'm definitely not used to an office that does not show any hospitality or welcomes you into the office. I thought she was just having a bad day the first two times we went there. BUT forget it! Its like this all the time. If it wasn't for Dr. Cao and a couple of the nurses, I would NOT come to this office all because of the receptionist! Im used to HI and HOW ARE YOU, or HOW WAS YOUR DAY! you know the normal greetings. Hopefully she shows some signs of improvement to the patients and parents.

Dr Cao has been my children's doctor for several years. I'm sad to say I'm going to have to look for someone else. She is constantly trying to put my kids on medications without attempting to find out what is going on. She is all about sedating the children. Very sad.

They took all my information and insurance info and decided they were not part of my insurance network which they told me they were before coming in the office. The doctor was unconcerned. The staff didn't know what they were doing. I didn't even get to see they shred my personal information. Now my child's information is out there somewhere. Would not recommend.

The staff forgot to give me my insurance cards and drivers licenses; I asked the receptionist to mail to me as I live 20 minutes from them. When I received the envelope from the doctors office, it was empty. No isurance cards or driver licencs. I called the office thinking mabey the receptionist forgot to put it in the envelope. She insisted that she did. But the envelope did NOT look like it was tampered with. I'm confused on how I received an empty envelope without my babies insurance cards and my drivers licenses. Please, let me know if anyone has encounterd the same situation with this office. Now I have to report my insurance cards and drivers license stolen, and go to the dmv and reorder and pay for the card. This is defiantly a lesson learned.Overall, Doctor Cao was great and the staff seemed pleasant. The office is really nice and large and clean. the patient rooms have sinks, so you can see the doctor wash their hands.

We met Dr. Cao when we moved here. We needed a new doctor and chose one from our insurance. 5 years later, we are still going to her and wouldn't go any where else. she knows my children and is aware of their needs and my needs. she talks to me as an adult instead of someone who knows less than she does. It's easy to get in for an urgent appointment and just as easy to make well child appointments. even my children like her. and they like the rest of the staff as well.

Dr. Cao is an exceptional pediatrician. She takes the time to listen to the patient and parent. We LOVE Dr. Cao.
