I highly recommend Spokane Plastic Surgeons! I just had a breast reduction done by Dr. Derby and it has been an awesome experience. The staff at her office are very friendly and so is she. They make you feel very comfortable and are also very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. As for the surgery itself it was a good experience. Everyone makes you comfortable and relaxed before and after you go in. The healing process has been good as well. I am only a week in but my pain level has not been bad at all, drain tubes were a piece of cake, and my incision looks really good. I am beyond pleased with the results from going from a J cup to a C cup and the overall experience I have had dealing with Spokane Plastic Surgeons. They are the best choice in my opinion.

I am very disappointed with my results from Dr. Darby. She was unwilling to acknowledge that the procedure failed. I would not recommend her or this practice.

I had a breast augmentation done by this “surgeon”. From the start, I was so disappointed with the results! I had them placed under the muscle but the implant size selected with the guidance of the surgeon only left excess skin hanging from my now half done breasts!! she handed me a box of sample implants and basically told me to pick one. I tried explaining what result I wanted and I sincerely needed her expertise to help me!! I went back and forth between a few while she watched and finally decided on one. I asked if this size would achieve the desired results and she responded with “I thinks so, wouldn’t you?” I about lost it!!! Umm, yes since I’ve NEVER preformed an augmentation before I really am not the person to ask!! Biggest mistake was not running out of the door right then, nope I went ahead with the surgery and am disgusted with the results.

I had abdominoplasty and brachioplasty done my Dr. Derby. I am still happy with the results. I had this procedure done in 2003. I'd do it all over again:) Thanks Lynn!

Outstanding surgeon! From the pre-op appointment and well past the post op phase I was so impressed. Dr. Derby spends a great deal of time educating you and listening to your questions with compassion and patience. The office staff is wonderful and I always felt like a valued patient. Derby's skills as a surgeon are top notch.

Real straight shooting physician, patient centric, no nonsensical follow ups unless patient requested. Excellent information.

I found Dr. Derby to quite rude. My procedure was something I was very nervous about and she could not have had worse bed side manner if she tried. I literally left her office crying more than once. I felt degraded by her and her staff.

Dr Lynn Derby is the only plastic surgeon that I will ever go to. She has done a couple of procedures for me and I'm very pleased with the results. She is professional and takes the time with you. I would highly recommend her if your considering any plastic surgery of any kind.
