Dr. Lynn Darby Fogarty, MD

Dr. Lynn joined South Riding Pediatrics in 2004. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia where she received a BS with Distinction. She then spent 5 years as a computer programmer before her desire to work with children prompted her to change careers. Dr. Lynn returned to the University of Virginia where she completed medical school and pediatric residency training. There, she earned several honors including a full academic scholarship and awards for clinical excellence and teaching skills. She was also granted membership into AOA, a medical honor society, for placing in the top 10% of her class. She is a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Lynn is a busy mother of 4 young children. When she is not at work she enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her husband, daughter and 3 sons.
