Dr. Lynn L Frikker, DO

Saw her in the er for abdominal pain. Was rude from the beginning. Did no blood work, didn't examine me. Did a urine test and CT. No diagnosis, no pain meds, no nausea meds. Wouldn't answer my questions. Discharged me. I'm home, in pain. I complained at the hospital but wasn't heard. I'm filing a complaint tomorrow. What good will it do ? None. But, I'll do it anyway. My urine test was not ok, by the way. She lied. Rude woman. Very rude.

She sent me home with a life threatening infection. She yelled at me and got on my face. I went to the ER in lots of pain and pelvic issues. All she did for me was urine tests, ran a CT and said "go home, I'm not a gyno". Woke up in the next day with excrutiating pain and this doctor brushed me off with an advanced infection! I told her to do an ultrasound a collection of uterine fluids and she said "a CT is enough, go to a gyno, I can't keep you here, I have people here sicker than you".

Thank you so much Dr. for your kindness, caring, and making sure that I got to the right specialist for my broken neck. I am very grateful!

My fiance was a pt in ER Obs. Dr. Frikker came into our room and did not explain why she was there. As soon as she walked in before she said anything else she raised her hand in a stop gesture and told me I know you're a nurse here- mind you I did not say anything except good morning to her nor was I intent on telling her I was a nurse or receiving preferential treatment. She was asking to have a med student do pt interview on fiancé. We said we don't mind as long as she is in the room too (we thought she was the specialist we were waiting on). She pretty much told us that we either saw the med student or we wait while she "goes run the ER" and promptly walked out the room without another word. She could be heard talking to the nurses outside out room with disdain bc we asked she remains with her student. Fiance and I were both furious as we thought this was the specialist we were waiting on and now we had to cool our heels all day. Turns out she was not involved in our care at all.… Had she explained her purpose better to us and not be so rude and obnoxious we would have been more than willing to do a solo interview with student. She has no patient skills and I would not want her treating me.

Are you kidding Beaumont Hospital Troy and E.R. Dr. Lynn Frikker! After speaking to the Oakland county Health department and our very highly regarded Internist regarding our exposure to Hepatitis A ( thank you very much Social Restaurant in Birmingham), we were told to get the gama G inoculation due to our age. There is a limited time after exposure for this to be an effective treatment, and we have little time left due to the delayed public notice. After speaking to Beaumont Hospital Troy, I was told that we met the requirements for the inoculation and should come right in. Once We arrived again we were told they still had the drug and were registered. After waiting, Dr Frikker first said they didn't have the drug. When i told her I Knew that was false, she said that Beaumont used a different protocol and that Beaumont would not provide care. She was rude and clearly considered our requests not worth her precious time dismissed the advice of my internist and the Health Department. … So much for quality health care and common courtesy. So much for Beaumont Hospital and Social Restaurant in Birmingham. NEVER AGAIN!!!! University of Michigan Health care here we come. Shame on bothDr. Frikker and double shame on you Beaumont Hospital!!! What is their slogan "do you have a Beaumont Doctor" NOT ANY MORE!!!
