She cut open my arm removing all layers of skin to the exposed muscle. She did not do a skin graft even though my open wound was massive and deep because she was hurrying to go on vacation. She gave me no pain meds for my recovery. Told me to take Tylenol. She was also too busy to spend time with me post op. She spent 5 minutes in the exam room, again dismissing the need for a skin graft because it wasn’t convenient for her. Due to no skin graft and leaving my wound open for MONTHS to heal, my arm is deformed and looks like Dr. Frankenstein operated on me.

Smart, Engaging, Caring - genuinely impressed with this individual. As a combat rescue pilot with scores of 'saves' under my belt, I have engaged professionally with dozens of critical-care physician, technicians and specialists over the years. This is one world class individual with savvy and judgement - not an ounce of ego. I have not seen one iota of effort that wasn't correct, efficient, skillful or contained one second of hesitation along the path to a full and complete as possible recovery/rehabilitation.
