The nurse was nice. The doctor took 5 plus tries to insert the i.v and tried to put my hand on his leg. Unproffesional. Also woke up during my procedure, after being told I wouldn't remember a thing, to my protective eyegear being pressed firmly to my nose. I remember trying to indicate that I was in pain. Left with bruising.

Went here yesterday and had a horrible experience :( my brother went the same day and had an equally unpleasant time - Dr. Hyland was rude and blew me off when I was bawling in pain. He kept telling me I wouldnt remember a thing from the procedure and a day after I still remember everything that happened very clearly. It was made clear that my preference was to be asleep during the procedure and after being reassured that I would be I remained awake the entire time and was not allowed to see my parents until I stopped crying. Hyland was unprofessional and even took several attempts just to find my veins. Please heavily consider going somewhere where you will be properly taken care of.

Had requested that I be unconscious for my wisdom teeth extraction; was told that I would be in a state where I would not feel/ remember anything. What a liar! Was coherent through the whole thing and felt everything. What an awful experience. This practice should be closed at once so that no one has to go through that. Seriously considering hiring a lawyer!

Dr. Hyland damaged my lungs. I am elderly, have dysphagia (on all med records) and am worse , more than 2 months after the surgery. He did not use proper suctioning and therefore caused aspiration of blood etc.resulting in choking and coughing spasms. He did not answer his weekend emergency phone number nor return our messages. Finally on Sunday we went to Instant Care, received diagnosis of aspiration, x ray, meds. We now have seen 2 MDs, 2 pulmonologist, and consulted one dentist. All agree: aspiration caused by the oral surgery. There are x rays taken before the encounter with Dr. Hyland. When I called to cancel followup appt., preferring our family dentist, when receptionist asked why and I began to explain, she slammed down the phone. Unfortunately there's no PROTECTION from such treatment except this. I have recently encountered another victim of his malpractice. Please warn your friends.

He has an huge ego. Only family and friends will work for him. Extremely uncaring, rude... RUN!

Dr. Hyland and his staff are wonderful. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hyland answered all my questions and took great care of me. I would highly recommend him.

I was referred to Dr. Hyland By Dr. Mason DDS from Westnedge Family Dentistry. I Needed 2 impacted wisdom teeth pulled along with 2 molars with hooked roots which made it a bit more complicated than a normal extraction. I was given general anesthesia for this procedure which was a 1st for Me. Woke up as if nothing happened. Dr. Hyland's credentials speak for Themselves. He is highly trained & educated in every procedure He preforms. Very nice Man that makes You Feel comfortable & trust that He will take care of the problem. I would recommend Dr. Hyland To ANYONE that requires that kind of Dental care.

Dr.Hyland answered all my questions, the surgery went well and the staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this office.
