Dr. Jennings moved away, don't know where she moved. I so miss her. She is an awesome doctor and I can't find anyone to take her place!!!!!!

BEWARE: Took them one whole day to let me know that they would not make an appointment for my 80 year old mother, who had fainted and fell. Staff was rude and very discourteous. They stated that there was nothing they could do even after I explained the situation. I was given a variety of excuses like we have been so busy, your mom is not in our system, we are not familiar with her history. In short we do not care!

Dr. Jennings is great! She listens to YOU! This is very important as a patient. She also didn't rush my appointment. She listened to all my complaints. I am definitely going back to see her. Her staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I have been to her twice so far, and each time Im more impressed! She listens and stays in the room and talks to me at length about my issues! I drive over an hour to see her, and I would not change Docs now for anything! I just hope she stays in Longview!

FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HER AND DISCUSSING THINGS WITH HER AS WELL AS ENTIRE STAFF. I WAS ENCOURAGED BY STAFF AND DRS TO ASK QUESTIONS. VERY PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE.

The telephone experience was horrible,tried 3 times to answers about cost if paying cash and got nothing but ,I don't knows and maybes.

The first time I saw Dr. Jennings she was very friendly and kind and gave me medications to help with my problem. The second time I tried see her I did not have insurance. I had been in horrible pain as was out of my medication. I emailed her office twice and called for two weeks before someone got back to me to schedule my appoinment. I was previously told appointments w/o insurance were $45 and was not told to bring any money at the time of my visit. When I arrived I was told I had to pay $160 before seeing her and could not pay it out. I was in horrible pain, out of my prescription, and left in tears. Dr. Jennings herself gave a good experience the one time I saw her, but the office staff showed no care or concern for the pain I was in.
