Dr.Rankin and her nurse Michelle are both fantastic. Dr.Rankin seems very knowledgeable and cares about concerns when I have had them regarding other Neurological issues. She does a good job with the Botox and filling my Migraine medicine. I have had no issues switching if need be. I do not like when she brings the medical students in to do the Botox as it causes more unnecessary pain. Also she really needs to be careful what she says about people her patients to them and about others in front of her patients. Learn to have a filter and do not speak poorly of patients or eventually they will not come back. It’s rude. Also you are a Neurologist but you were not sure why someone has a small skull? Wake up call! Premature baby!

Would not treat me unless I went to migraine clinic in Detroit for three months first. This was after the first Dr. Baldi trial and all doctors in area were scared to prescribe pain medication. Some still are. I’m not on any opioids, just codeine. My doctor keeps pushing me to go see her again, but I cannot go to Detroit for three months.

May be good with migraines and botox injections but not sure about broader diagnoses. Totally misdiagnosed me. Thank goodness I got a second opinion.

Love seeing Dr. Rankin. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. The office staff isn't the friendliest but then again you're not there to see them.

The front office staff is not friendly at all. They act like they hate working there. Dr. Rankin is nice and seems to know about migraines. She is friendly and well as her attending staff. It is just the front office that is unpleasant. Need faster turn about time on medicine refills. If you need Dr. re-authorization it can take days, almost a week, for this to go through. Not good when you have migraines.
