Worst Dr office I ever been too!! My daughter had an ultra sound on her breast because she had a painful lump. Someone from the doctors office called my phone and said to me, " we have your daughters results for the lump in her breast but I cannot give you her results without a pin number". I never once created a pin with this dr. Office and if I ever did it would have been the numbers that I use for everything; which it was not when I guessed. So I explained to the woman on the phone that I have NEVER once created a pin and they've had my number for YEARS!!! I even asked if she could tell me what our pin is based off of,like a security question or ANYTHING they would have asked me to create a pin and she just said NO. So after I told the woman this she says to me "don't you yell at me" and then hangs up on me. ALL THIS TOOK PLACE DURING A FUNERAL CEREMONY!! YES I answered my phone because this is my daughter and I wanted to know her results especially after a family member just died… of cancer and we were attending her funeral when the call came in!! This was hours ago. I called back and left a voice mail and have not heard back from anyone. I am now looking for a different doctor and STRESSING AND WORRYING ABOUT my daughter's results. This kind of practice should be posted on bbb site and complaints made to board.

Dr.scheel is awesome she was my son "s doctor since he came in this world. Am very happy to have her for my son's doctor u rock!!!!!!ð??¹

I went to Dr Scheel as a child and now ive been bringing my son to her for 6yrs. She is absolutely the BEST! She actually cares and is very personable. My son enjoys his visits as did I . Would recommend her to all my friend's. Wonderful woman.

Dr. Lynn is wonderful! Our family (4 children) has been with her practice since we moved here 12 years ago. She talks to each child directly, but also addresses (and knows well) all of the other siblings. She asks how school is going, wants to know what is going on outside of school, sports, etc. It is fantastic. There is never any dread to go to the doctors, in fact, the youngest sometimes makes up stuff to try to go for a visit! Worth the wait if you have one!!

Dr Scheel is a genuine, caring, and professional pediatrician. I have been taking my two boys to her since 2008 - when my oldest was born. I will never go to another pediatrician. She cares for your children as if they were her own, talk to you like you are an equal parent and not just another person paying into her salary. She gets to know you and your child(ren) on a personal basis and makes you, as a parent, feel truly comfortable about bring your child(ren) to see her. Her nursing staff is remarkable. So nice and equally as caring as Dr. Scheel herself. Sometimes the wait time is a little longer than you hope for, but I will wait however long just to see her. The office is located directly next to a hospital, where she also works, so if there is an emergency, and she has to step out of the office...sometimes you may have to wait. Also, she enjoys talking with the parents and children, so your visit is not just about my kid is sick, a routine checkup/followup, and the… quick fix. Dr. Scheel is amazing!! The office is great about scheduling so it is convenient for you. My husband and I are both teachers and they do their best to work around our schedules. HIGHLY recommended!!
