I would like to say Dr Duffalo is an excellent pulmonologist. You should not be reviewing her capabilities as a doctor, due to the fact her patient schedule is at a maximum and unable to handle new patients right away.

Wow after waiting 6 months for an appt. with the dr. My appt was CANCELLED. Only to be rescheduled again in another 3 months because that is the soonest she is seeing NEW PATIENTS. I made an appt out of the Christiana Care system for a pulmonologist that I’m scheduled to see, as a New Patient next mo.

Dr. Duffalo is a terrific doctor. She is compassionate and attentive and offers a non rushed appointment. I find Dr Duffalo to be direct and clear when is talking with me and overall, i know she cares about me as a patient.

Dr Duffalo is clearly interested in me as a patient. She is compassionate and listens to what I report about my progress with COPD. While at the practice, I have observed how she shows empathy toward others as well. I am g;ad to be her patient!
