Good doctor but can be cold and heartless. The waiting room is a nightmare. My appointment was at 11 and I arrived 15 minutes early. There was already a room full of people. Come to find out there were people in there that had already waited for 2 hours. They have no decency to tell you how far behind they are when you arrive. They could at least call people and tell them to stay at home for at least another hour before they come in. Zero respect for people’s time. I will find a different doctor. I didn’t get called back to a room until 12:45. Then more waiting.
