Baby with pneumonia was sent home and ended up at the ER.

She continuously refuses to believe that my son has an ear problem. She told me to see his ENT. Couldn't get an appt with him for six weeks. The boy's ear continues to hurt and we have to wait 6 weeks for the ENT. They even went so far as to call me before his last appt to tell me NOT to be upset when she tells me the same thing as last. We recently moved here. My son has had ear problems and tubes most of his life. This woman is USELESS and has the personality of a brick.

This doctor has no clue what she is talking about. My son had just gotten back from the Pittsburgh children's hospital due to pnuemonia and she tried to tell us that it was just a cold. Are you serious? A huge hospital who spent hours treating my son and ensuring that he recovers swiftly, was wrong? Not a chance. She very condescending to patients and those accompanying. Can't believe someone like this works with children.
