I found that Dr Hammers office staff to be friendly and professional. They were quick and efficient. I really enjoyed Dr Hammers personality. He was friendly and knew his stuff. I would definitely recommend this Dr

My GP recommended Dr. Hammers to me for a thyroid biopsy. I had no idea what to expect nor had I ever visited his office in the past. Greeted by the office staff, they were friendly and accommodating. Entering the actual office, I was prepped by an obviously very competent nurse. She explained everything that she was doing. She was not rushed and reassured me that the procedure was almost painless. Dr. Hammer came into the he office and again explained exactly what he would do. Office staff was friendly. Nurse explained everything she was doing and was obviously excellent. Dr. Hammer came in relaxed and friendly and explained what he would do for biopsy of thyroid nodules. I was so comfortable and remained extremely calm. Painless needle and exact location. Thank you all! Thank you all for your time and patience.

I have seen Dr. Hammers on multiple occasions for ultrasounds of my thyroid area before and after removal of my thyroid. I have never had a problem making an appointment, the people in his office are very accommodating and pleasant. I find Dr. Hammers to be very efficient and knowledgeable. He's answered every question I have put to him in a clear and concise manner and I have never felt rushed. I highly recommend him.

I went to Dr Hammers 6 years ago to find an (abnormal) parathyroid for the Surgeon to locate. After three ultrasounds at Hosp St Raph and Yale, Dr. Hammersin one visit was able to locate the area for my Surgon , who was by the way the Chief of Surgery at Yale New Haven Success there it was right where He said it would be. I have nothing but the greatest admiration and gratitude for such a professional . I might add I am a surgical nurse at Hosp of St Raphael. I plan to return to Dr. Hammers next month for an Ultrasound secondary to a mammogram showing calcification areas (densities) undetected by a simple mammogram. I knew immediately who I would go to.
