Dr. Lyric Lisa Santiago, MD

In my experience, Dr. Santiago has zero respect and empathy for her patients. She wrongfully told me I had cancer before an operation and lied on the visit clinic report making false statements. She also did not make a note in the statement about her mistake claiming that I have cancer when I in fact do not. She is extremely rude and I assume its because she knows she made a huge mistake and did not apologize or show any remorse for her actions.

Dr. Santiago has been terrific. She is knowledgeable, akamai, friendly and helpful beyond the call.

She gets straight to the point is what I like about Dr. Santiago!! She is awesome, including her staff. Been going to her for kidney disease and she makes what I'm going thru tolerable. Great Doctor!!

She is a very compassionate caring doctor she care for my father and also myself. She cares about her patients, She does not force things on you. One example I will explain : One time I was in the hospital for two months for ms. While in the hallway of the hospital while going down to rehab she saw me and we talked. After I got out of the hospital and saw her at her office about 2 weeks later she gave me a big hug saying to me I thought we lost you. She cares a lot about her patients. I would give her 10 stars if there were ten to give!!!!!!!!!!!??????? Mary Moylan

Even though I have symptoms of urinary tract problems, she challenged me on why I was even there, complaining that people like me get sent to her. No explanation on why she said this. She did an exam that had nothing to do with my symptoms, not listening to what I was telling her. I waited three months for the appointment and she spent under 10 minutes with me. I left feeling like she just blew me off. She then had the nerve to charge me $400.! I will never go back. Bad uncaring doctor.
