Dr. Lysbeth Leonore Germain-George, DO

As a nurse practitioner, I would not recommend this office. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed, to the point where I was told I wasn’t experiencing symptoms in my own body because “the literature says” I shouldn’t. That’s not evidence-based care—that’s arrogance. Go to an actual MEDICAL DOCTOR who knows what they’re doing. I have endometriosis and hemorrhagic ovarian cysts, and instead of being taken seriously, my symptoms and requests for treatment options were brushed off. Complex conditions require critical thinking and patient-centered care—neither of which I experienced here. I never expected to be gaslit by another woman provider, much less another Black woman. Situations like this is why Black maternal mortality rate is so high. I wouldn’t trust her with my future pregnancies, nor my life. The final straw: I called about a breast lump and received no callback for WEEKS — I have documentation of this as well. I had to chase the office down myself. That level of negligence… with a potentially serious concern is unacceptable. When I finally got through, I was told I had been “terminated from care” for missed appointments and “miscommunication”—neither of which is accurate. I never missed an appointment without notice, and I never received any termination letter. Patients deserve to be heard, respected, and taken seriously. That did not happen here. Go to a medical doctor who has obtained the necessary training to provide you the proper care and treatment you deserve.

I found Dr. Germain-George through my insurance's in-network provider list and I am very happy that I did! The staff was super friendly, the wait time was short and I didn't feel like just another patient they were seeing. The doc was very warm and friendly and she was also very informative during my visit. I just came for a routine Woman's Wellness check up but I will definitely come back for any obgyn appointments if I am still in FL.

Worst DR I’ve ever been to in my life!! The lady at the front desk Aura is lazy!! I guess she’s over worked and under paid so it shows in her work. She’s very unorganized and can’t keep her word I’m still waiting on a callback from months ago. The nurse who takes your vitals is not a people’s person. I think she does it for the money she’ll literally shove the temperature needle in your mouth. She will literally forget to save your information in the computer and get mad when you ask her to repeat a question that you couldn’t understand due to he accent. They are in Cahoots with Natera!!! The know your insurance won’t cover but will still recommend that you take it. I still don’t even the results for that test. Now DR Germain was not informative I ended getting a new doctor who provided me with more information in one than she did in months. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor for any first time moms. They are horrible that’s not even the half I just had to sum it up Do not go to this… Doctor

I met Dr. Germain-George for the 1st time yesterday. I had been researching OBGYNs for some time trying to find the right one for me. From the time I entered the office I knew I would like it. It was nice and clean and welcoming. The staff was very nice and apologized for running late but I understood as I came in late myself. Once in the office with the Dr I told her my history and background and she immediately put my doubts to rest as she assured me that we both had same goals and her job was to do her best to get me a healthy baby and that my health as well would be her number one priority. I am so glad I found her. I know she will take good care of me!
