Rude and doesn't respect customers wishes.

Why we love Dr. Shur: -It is easy to get an appointment, even for my family of 4. -Staff is very flexible and able to schedule a time that works for all of us to come in at once. -Dr Shur and her assistants are so kind, down to earth, and patient. -I came in after two pregnancies with 9! cavities when I first found Dr. Shur. She did not make me feel ashamed, and my fillings didn't hurt. Like, not at all! I don't know what she does differently, but she is amazing!! -She is very patient with our kids, and makes sure they have a positive experience with the dentist. She doesn't force the kids to open their mouths for her, she works with them and they did it willingly. My kids were 1 year and 3 years when we first went in.

I personally do not recommend this doctor. This isn't for reasons of their service but I am truly shocked at their moral and ethical values as a doctor. My 4 yr old was surely stressed and not willing to co-operate. How many kids this age are willing to open their mouths to dentist !!! Anyways, she was treated half-way thru for a filling. The cleaning, drilling was done. Finally prior to the actual filling process, for "some reason" my kid backed-out and refused to sit further. Not their fault may be..agreed. But her tooth was left at this dangerous stage that she needed atleast a temporary filling. The next day (until which my kid was just on water), we call their clinic for an appointment so they could complete their half-done job and they refuse to take her back, even to finish the current treatment !!! I am really shocked at their ethics.
