Dr. Mulki is a very caring physician

Dr. Mulki is good with my elderly mother. He is patient and listens to her. His office staff is awful and so unprofessional. From front desk to office manager. Messages go unanswered for days. Hold times 20+ minutes if you actually get a human. Incredibly rude. I feel his office staff is obstructive and promotes an unsafe envioronment.

Dr Mulki FAILED our Mother when she was a patient at Victorian Village in Homer Glen. He deserves a ZERO for neglecting her. I would never recommend him and I would beware of Victorian Village as long as he is there. He was not good enough for my Mom.

Dr. Mulki took away my Mother’s life-saving maintenance mediation/prescription from her Pulmonolgist specialist, while she was at Victorian Village as her doctor. She got ill. He sent out for a teston Saturday. He took days to follow up. She needed oxygen. They gave her the wrong amount. She deteriorated quickly days later at HIS facility under his care. She went into Acute Respiratory Failure on that Thursday. She and SEPSIS as well. The nurse on duty was not bright enough to recognize my Mom was not lucid. So my sister and I had to call a Private Ambulance Company. She told us Dr. Mulki would not be in until Tuesday. So we ordered our own Private Ambulance and she spent approximately a week recovering from their lack of attention and competence. BEWARE.

He only cares about money, not patient care.
