She is the best doctor in the world. she always cares for her patients.

Dr. Husni was very Ignorant ( without going into great detail . .) During My Appointment and when she finally called me back (regarding very important questions about medications & my condition ) she tells me things that directly contradict our (more like my ) conversation in my appointment . People deserve honesty and respect , I feel like I received neither from Dr. Husni or her office . ( All of which is well documented )

Dr Elaine Husni is one of the best doctors I have ever met. Intelligence is just one criteria, but Dr. Husni is also personable and dedicated as a physician. She is extremely patient and was able to diagnose my chronic problems and she has put me on a very good path to wellness. She is a blessing.

I would not recommend this dr. She did not follow through on testing to determine a treatment plan. She was not interested in taking on my case to work for a plan of treament . She just said she wouldn't treatment. I went back to primary care dr, who is helping to maintain some level of comfort until I wait 6 months to get in to see another dr. who can hopefully help me to be able to comtinue to work.

When I first got sick, I turned to the Cleveland Clinic and was greatly disappointed. I drove hundreds of miles to the Cleveland Clinic to be treated. I found Elaine Husni to be completely inept.I saw Elaine Husni in 2012. She did not address any of my problems. She did not look at quantitative and qualitative evidence I provided during our meeting, including pictures. She was ignorant of basic principles of rheumatology. For example, she claimed that since my sed rate was low, all of my issues could not possibly be addressed by rheumatology! When approached with citations of papers of her colleague from the Cleveland Clinic that concluded the opposite of her assertions, she did not engage in a conversation.She charged me almost SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for a meeting where she read back to me old reports that were imported into Cleveland Clinic's system from another hospital and were more than six months old. She told me that my physical abnormality didnt exist and that it I was normal,… despite documentation she refused to peruse.She ordered no tests. Despite being shown physical changes in my condition that I had recorded over the past year, including those that included muscle loss, fascia and collagen destruction, blood pressure irregularities, vascular and arterial problems, joint and spine snapping, and more.She also made logical contradictions while talking to me. Said my insurance situation wasnt of concern to her as I tried to explain that I only had a few months left on it and I needed to figure out my condition before I lost my job due to it. Then, she recommended seeing an outside individual and seemed concerned about my insurance situation and the cost of a visit.She basically sent me back to where I came from without any tests since my "Sed rate is low so this can't be a problem for rheumatology." The low of the meeting is when I told her that my condition was debilitating and she asked me how it was debilitating. I explained the radical changes in lifestyle I had to undergo to simply perform daily tasks such as driving, opening doors, and etc, and she did not care.In short, she is completely and thoroughly insulting, incompetent, and deadly to a patient with a problem that is not easy, simple, and has a high sed rate. Avoid her at all costs if you have a problem that isnt already diagnosed.Now that my condition has progressed to the point where I am losing joints, I am extremely angry with myself for ever seeing her and not immediately seeing another rheumatologist.Coincidentally, I saw a rheumatologist at another hospital with a much lower rating a few months later. This rheumatologist found abnormal arterial issues with me in about five minutes and ran the right tests to being diagnosing my condition.

Great doc. Very thorough and follows up with phone calls after tests.

She seemed thorough but not accurate from the past 9 years of tests and diagnosis's I've had. My first and last visit with her, due to distance traveled. She was very pleasant and spent a lot of time with me.
