Dr. Mohamed Hani Salam, MD

Dr. Salam is an excellent doctor. However, I can't say the same for his staff. They are rude, crude, and lack any compassion. They are known to argue with the patients especially when they fail to do their jobs. I am moving on because I can no longer deal with his rude staff.

Very sneaky with pricing, poor selection of glasses , Dr is extremely rude, not caring like Dr. Cusma was . The staff is miserable. I don’t see this practice surviving.

Wonderful

Terrible family practice. Staff are rude, inconsiderate and incompetent. Can't say much for the doctor since you rarely see him but the rest of the office leaves much to be desired. No follow up care, talk about patients outside of the room, don't follow requests or directions, send Rx to wrong pharmacy on multiple occasions, abrasive and disrespectful. The place should be shut down they all suck there!

Most helpful and supportive dr I've ever seen

The office staff at Dr Salams practice is so unprofessional and totally disrespectful towards human life. I've never been treated so mean in my entire life. I had to move on

Dr salam is phenomenal but his staff is unprofessional and pathetic. Sandra is the rudest individual that I have ever come into contact with and right up there with her is the grumpy old nurse practitioner. Had to get a new physician cause I want to feel comfortable and respected when I come in and not that I'm being annoying. Thank you for all the years Dr Salam.

Dr Salam is phenomenal but his staff it atrocious. The old nurse practitioner is the rudest person I have ever met and Sandra the grump that answers the phones and does secretary work is pathetic. It's a shame cause I've worked with Dr Salam for years and he's a great doctor. The staff is what my breaking point was. I can no longer deal with them. Has to be the rudest group of medical staff out there. Sorry Dr Salam

Dr. Salam is a caring, competent medical PROFESSIONAL. He has a good bedside manner and always has his patient's well being at heart.

Staff is inexcusable. He is a great Dr.
