Dr. Ma Joy Sandra Buenafe Dionisio, MD

I’ve been to her several times. I’d love to find a Dr. with more bedside manner, but who has the time to actually visit several Dr.’s until the right one is found? She has potential. I just feel as though she’s lost interest. Which is understandable given the work environment in that facility, possibly. It’s always crazy busy. I came to her last week. While she did let me explain numerous things going on (I wait to go to the Dr. as long as possible lol), she did seem uninterested and took it upon herself to not do a breast exam during my pap. I don’t know why. She just told the lady dealing with the computer to “note that a breast exam wasn’t given.” I DID want that because of family history. And, perhaps I could’ve said something. I had asked for a light dose of an anti depressant to help me during the remainder of school. She declined. I told her in the past I had been told I was deficient in vitamin D and I’d like to have blood work to verify. She responded that she didn’t… believe vitamin D deficiency controls the body’s lack of anything. I did ask if I can go ahead and get the labs pulled though. And she accepted. Which they were low, she did call me in a supplement. I know that she can be an overall good Dr., I’ve seen it. It just seems she’s done with it now. Just my opinion. And, I hate giving anyone negative info, but I feel, for myself that I’d like to actually try to find another Dr.

im a uncooperative patient accordind to this doctor yet i see two doctors monthly that she has referred me to and just last month saw a specialist she refered me to i made an appt to see her fribecause my neurologist retired and i was needing areferall for a new seizure doct i waited in a room for 1 hour 10 min before she came in and i told her thats the reason i missed my appts ive had three failed ack surgery and its miserable to sit that long she told me if i couldnt wait in an exam room for an hour then i needed to find anew doctor she went on to say she was through and i neede to find anew doctor i asked her if she could refer me and refill my keppra and she said no this medication is one that i cant do without i have grandmal seizure when i run out of it and even with it i still have partial seizures she was totally rude and according to the attorney i talked to set herself up for a lawsuit by not refilling my seizure med he told me god forbid if i have aseizure she will be… held responsible and regardless violated her obligation as my primary care doctor to not refill amedicine that is responsibble for controlling alife threatning condition my recommendation to anyone is dont see this doctor im so thankful the pharmacist gave me enough keppra to last till i see anew doctor monday im thankful they realize this keppra is so important the pharmacist steven at white house clinic has never failed to help me but dr dionisio hng me out to dry and i cant wait to see her explain herself to the liscening board and the civil court judge who will be handling the lawsuit good ridance dr dionisio i wouldnt let you treat my dog it woul die of dehydration waiting on you i have never been treated so rudely and been spoken to like you did me friday and i will do everything in my and my attorneys power to see that others dont get treated the same as i did doctors are highly educated people but they are not god like she thinks she is
