She was great, very thorough and competent, as well as nonjudgmental and compassionate

Dr. Milhem is very professional, she is the only endocrinologist in the area was able to find out what is going on with my thyroid, treatment was effective. Since she adjusted my medications I’ve been feeling wonderful! I can’t thank her enough. One of the best doctors I ever seen.

She is a JOKE!!! So unprofessional, has no clue of what she is doing. She ordered a MRI for pituitary issues I am having. At the follow up appt. it was awful she had no answers yet referred me to Neurologist. Arrived to that neurologist appt. he had no idea why I was there. No record or copy of MRI sent. Another wasted appt. yet I'm out another co-pay. Still unsure of what is going on with my pituitary gland. I guess I have to start the process all over again. SMH

I had a papillary thyroid cancer in 2017. I was treated and followed up with dr. Milhem. I expressed concerns about MyTSH levels and she dismissed them without explanation. My hair is not normal and when asked she abruptly stated, “ do you want hair or to have cancer?” This was inappropriate and rude. She then told me I needed aggressive treatment due to my 1.2 cm thyroid nodule that was removed was “ very large “ and “ much bigger than we normally see in thyroid cancers”. This was a LIE to scare me. Thyroid nodules are not even biopsies until they reach one cm. I can no longer trust a doctor that lies to push her treatment plan on me. This should be an informed decision in conjunction with the patient, not trying to influence the patient with false information. I am appalled at her behavior and treatment. I do not recommend any physician that talks down to patients and LIES.
