Dr. Mardones and her entire team are nothing short of heroes. If you’re looking for exceptional care, unrivaled intellect, and a staff that knows how to bring you cheer (in an otherwise not-so-cheery situation), look no further. In June 2022, I was a 34-year-old diagnosed with aggressive triple negative breast cancer—I’ve never been more scared or afraid. Today, I’m officially in remission, and getting a second chance at life thanks to the treatment plan, and care I was given over the last 1.5 years. The team went above and beyond in every scenario, and there aren’t enough characters allowed here to detail how meaningful Mardones' help has been—here are a few standout memories: - Treated me + my entire support system like her own family - Answered every.single.question we ever posed (there were many) - Made herself available during any “scary” or time-sensitive situations - Showed up at my hospital bedside during an unexpected visit to ER - Built a well-oiled, and all-smile team

Because this doctor is so approachable and patient, it made me feel comfortable asking questions and explanations that were repetitive but I had difficulty understanding. She has empathy and warmth that is extraordinary. Patients are in the best of hands when under her care- very thankful she was my doctor.

I feel like she doesn’t really know me after 4 years. My last visit was for my twice yearly check up. I also understood that I was going to get information on a survey they wanted me to participate in. I never received my check up. We were also supposed to talk about my Dexa scan. I felt like the purpose of the visit was only to talk about the study. I also understand that the doctors do get paid for them.
