If you’re looking for exceptional care, unrivaled intellect, and a staff that knows how to bring you cheer (in an otherwise not-so-cheery situation), look no further. In June 2022, I was a 34-year-old diagnosed with aggressive triple negative breast cancer—I’ve never been more scared or afraid. Today, I’m officially in remission, and getting a second chance at life thanks to the treatment plan, and care I was given over the last 1.5 years. Dr. Mardones answers questions clearly. She is reassuring and compassionate. No question seems superfluous to her. She is friendly even though she does not know me very well. I appreciate her service.

Because this doctor is so approachable and patient, it made me feel comfortable asking questions and explanations that were repetitive but I had difficulty understanding. She has empathy and warmth that is extraordinary. Patients are in the best of hands when under her care- very thankful she was my doctor.

I feel like she doesn’t really know me after 4 years. My last visit was for my twice yearly check up. I also understood that I was going to get information on a survey they wanted me to participate in. I never received my check up. We were also supposed to talk about my Dexa scan. I felt like the purpose of the visit was only to talk about the study. I also understand that the doctors do get paid for them.

Dr. Mardones is a great doctor. She is always pleasant and thorough regarding my condition and any new treatments coming out. She listens to my condition and any possible reactions. She is a wonderful doctor.
