I will start with this, a Doctors success is also about the office team that makes things run smoothly. My yearly physical was scheduled 3 months prior to include blood work for an 8 am appointment. I was fasting, and finally saw the doctor after a one hour wait. After getting out, she gave the blood work order and upon asking the attendants they said the blood work was behind, understood at this point it's after 10 am, I am shaking since I'm fasting. Then after waiting for a while, they say the blood work can't be done because no one is available!! I'm like wait you just said they were behind and now no one is available.. What a waste of my time, the main purpose of this visit was to get blood work.. I will talk to my insurance so I can get dependable blood work when it's needed. If you are trying to be a one stop clinic to offer services across the board but don't have a dependable staff for such a basic service like blood work, then you should not offer it.. Very disappointed with… front staff, who could of told me at 8am our blood work is not available after asking me if I was fasting, they asked again after I got out with the doctor and lied by saying they were behind when in reality no one was there to begin with !

She is amazing! She actually listens to your concerns and tries her best to help you solve them. She doesn’t rush you and she takes her times with you. Most doctors are in and out the room and you can’t address all of your concerns. With Dr. Perez you don’t get that. She listens! She takes her time.

My visit was superb. She was kind and helpful. She asked about how I felt too. She got a solution quick and was understanding.

I love doctor pez.She is always smiling upbeat, and in a good mood when she steps in my room, she listens to me as a patient.And we talk through things and we both come up with solutions together that I feel comfortable with highly recommend her.

Dr. Perez is very knowledgeable and is great at coordinating care with specialists when needed. She is an excellent diagnostician while also being a warm and caring person with whom she will take the time to explore health concerns and answer questions. She has been the best Primary Care Physician which explains why she has been my physician for many years. She can initially oversee my medical needs including referrals, lab work, imaging, and medications. She oversees whether my medications are current and if they interact poorly. Her staff have always been very helpful and professional. Her staff handle all initial information gathering including vital signs, medication lists, and presenting problems for that visit so that Dr. Perez has the initial information prior to her coming into the exam room. She will then be able to focus on examining and interviewing the client to get a good picture of what is going on with the patient at the time of that visit. I was referred to Dr. Perez by… a good friend and I have referred many of my friends and colleagues to her. I recommend Dr. Perez without any reservations.

Always a good experience. I followed Dr. Perez from the Meyerland clinic to the Katy clinic. She is always concerned about her patients.
