I have been going there many years , but today the nurse accused me of being a drug addict i dont think so i have bad pannic disorder my family member just passed away and i get the third degree from some nurse i dont think so

Dr. Madalyn Schaefgen is the best doctor in the Lehigh Valley! If you want undivided attention as a patient with your doctor, go to her. She sits down and listens. She will think sincerely about what you say to her and offer her intelligent, educated advice. She is compassionate as a doctor. She will make you feel like she is there for you. She is completely professional and takes pride in her profession.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr Schaefgen because my doctor is no longer with the practice. Biggest mistake of my life! I explained my symptoms and they were ignored. She kept insisting there was nothing wrong but a viral sinus infection and she couldn't give me anything for it. She asked me if I wanted a flu shot??? Really I can't breathe, the entire room spins when I bend over from all the pressure in my head from the sinus infection. She told me I could come back in a few days if I wasn't feeling any better. My question is why would I come back? She asked if I wanted a slip for a mammogram? How inappropriate was that? I have a gynecologist I go to, I do not need a family doctor in my business. This appointment was a complete waste of time and money. No winder our health care costs are so high. You have to see a doctor more than once to get the attention and treatment you need.
