Dr. Madeleine Anne Blancher, MD

She wouldn't listen when I was telling her my son wasn't getting better, she ignored me. Finally took him to the ER and they said he had a penny logged in his esophagus for the last few months. Instead of telling me I knew nothing and she was the smart doctor, she should have been treating my son. After his surgery to remove the surgeon said it was amazing he didn't die and Dr. Blanched should have known better then to ignore the wheezing and such.

Just awful. Too many appointments scheduled. Rude. Should retire.

I will NEVER take anyone to see this Dr again. She is rude and unproffessional. Her staff is the same. Pathetic!!

This Doctor is horrible, very rude, unprofessional. They do not call back, when you call after hours. Always rescheduling your appointments. Wait time is long. She don't run test, or do nothing to see what's going on. If you late it's a problem, but you still gave to wait 1hr and 30min to be seen. Sad doctor

My month old baby started crying a painful crying sound one night and got really pale. she then started acting lifeless like and would not eat or anything just lay there and moan. well i called the doctors office and left my message for the on call nurse to call me back. When she finally called back the first thing she said BEFORE i could even finish explaining the problem in full details, was its not a medical problem and don't take her to the emergency room that it was just the formula not settling with her tummy. well as a mother i though that was a load of crap. so i brought her to the emergency room and they immediately transferred her to USA children's and women's. My baby had Group B Strep and Spinal/Brain Meningitis. she had to stay in the hospital for 3 weeks. I'm angry because that nurse didn't even act interested in anything i was saying and didn't even want me to bring her in to have the doctor to look at her. I don't recommend ANYONE TO THIS HORRIBLE DOCTORS OFFICE EVER!!!… SHE NEEDS TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS OR GET A WHOLE NEW STAFF!!!

AFTER WAITING OVER 2 HOURS FOR A NURSE TO CALL ME BACK REGARDING MY 4 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER I FINALLY CALL BACK TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE. I WAITED FOR OVER 7 MINUTES WHEN DR BLANCHER ABRUPTLY GETS ON THE PHONE DEMANDING TO KNOW WHO I AM EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO A RECEPTIONIST TWICE. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN OUR SITUATION AND WAS INTERRUPTED WITH "THAT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY.' WHEN I SAID THAT I DIDN'T APPRECIATE BEING SPOKEN T IN THAT MANNER AND THAT I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS UNREASONABLE TO EXPECT A RETURN CALL WITHIN 2 HOURS SHE HUNG UP ON ME. SERIOUSLY?

The office staff is very nice at this office. But thats all I have to say that is nice. Blancher is a lazy worthless doctor. We spent over a year with my child being well below the weight and height curve. After his four month appointment we were in the doctors office every two weeks until after his first birthday. On one occasion she told me she was not going to run any test to find out why my baby was gain weight. Every appointment we asked why Is this a problem and why aren't we doing anything and was there a specialist we could see and she always said it was nessacary. He was barely 14 pounds by his first birthday and we finally had to ask Stadther for a referral to another doctor. The second appointment with the new doctor we learned that our son doesn't produce growth hormone and that's the reason he wasnt gaining weight or growing. We could have know much sooner and not have wasted all this time and money on doctor visits to a doctor that wouldn't even do a simple blood test.… Awful experience!

my son was born with a bent neck and when he was 4 months old he saw Dr. Blancher for this problem. Instead of sending him for x-rays she just put her hand on top of his head and tried to twist it all the way around and told me I need to do this obviously painful exercise constantly throughout the day. That was the last time we went there. My son actually has pinched nerves in his spinal cord that will require surgery and scoliosis. He has to go to physical therapy twice a week. We are just lucky she didn't do serious damage.

RUDE RUDE RUDE Dr. Stather misdiagnosed and my daughter ended up in the hospital. Dr. Blancher showed up and was not only rude to me but also to my mother and my child.
