If u want yo be abused and berated, Deutsch is your gal. She should not be allowed to have patients pretty sure shes autistic. not kidding

This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a doc. What others saud is right on. Also monotone, no fascial geatures, no smiling, zero warmth. Harsh. Nit a listener. Authoritarian. Very aspie. Btw the bimodal either love or hate tells you theres something up. The 4-5 stars are probably bogus.

She is one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. Dismissive, rude, nosey, and arrogant. She likes to say things as fact and dismiss other research. Don't see this doctor.

Shows up late to appointments. Cancels them too. If you miss a single appointment (even the ones cancelled by her staff), she'll boot your off hormones and call it "boundaries." If you ask for a medical reason she refuses to provide one. She's refused to order thyroid labwork for somone with a Grave's Disease diagnosis because I chose to also see a naturopath. She's said she'd put a referral in for bottom surgery, and 8 months later, it hasn't happened. She's lief to me about the content of our conversation, even the one observed by my wife. I'm guessing those 5 star reviews are white folks in excellent health. If you're a transman of color, do yourself, and your health, a huge favor and run for the hills if you hear her name. I'm going to have spent more time asking for an explanation and labwork, then receiving any advise or treatment recommendations from her. Only thing she's good for is wasting time, taking your money, and having a reason to file a complaint with the… medical board.

I’d have to echo the negative comments here. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy.

I've had one offs with bad doctors and been glad I did not try again with them. The reason I stuck with Deutsch for three years is threefold: 1. she was supposed to be LGBTQ friendly 2. Ironically, health issues compounded with a couple of house moves made finding a new doctor not manageable for awhile and 3. I'm a ridiculous optimist. But enough is enough. After several disappointing visits, my last visit with her I was overtly dismissed, verbally abused a few times, (she asked "do you even work"? I do and have done so the entire time I've been seeing her), and steamrolled me over any input whatsoever with her insane claims that I was purposefully not following protocol. Like other reviewers have noted, she is usually rushed and disorganized. Although she may ask questions, she doesn't listen, and when she does "listen", it's only info to promote her hormone work and even then she will probably chastise you for doing something wrong. She also repeatedly asks questions… about or blatantly forgets things that have been in your chart for ages, implying she does not read or review your chart. Perhaps she works well for those who listen to her and her only, (she told me I didn't need an endocrinologist, then refused to order thyroid tests until it was too late. I have Hashimoto's, something not to mess with. She also overlooked a prediabetic test result from a substitute doctor due to her cancelling an appointment - then tried to shame me about it), not ones who wish to have some input on their healthcare. I have worked brilliantly with medical practitioners over the years who listen to me, read my charts, ask for tests in a timely fashion and finally see me as an advocate to my own health care. There's not enough space here for me to list all the reasons she did not work for me and I wish I had not waited so long to finally stop. I hope this review helps others. Peace out.

When my primary physician went on an extended maternity leave I was lucky to have met Dr. Deutsch. I'm not sure who wrote the terrible reviews I read because she is great. Dr. Deutsch is personable, and down to earth (which is no small thing for a physician). I see her fairly regularly for follow-up appointments and appreciate her candor, knowledge and sense of humor.

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!! "doctor" I have ever encountered. HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER, Very poor communication along with bad attitude! SHE IS NOT A PATIENT ADVOCATE!!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT WILL LISTEN - DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN ANY OF YOUR MONEY!EVER!!! YOU WOULD NOT GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH IF HER SERVICES WERE FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have gone to this practice for many years but only recently encountered Dr. Deutsch. She seems distracted and disorganized and in a hurry. I didn't feel like a person in her presence.
