Dr. Eckenrode always takes time to figure out exactly what is going on with me. She's awesome! She listens and does what's right. I told her that she always does what's right for me!

Please do not go to this doctor if you want your health concerns taken seriously. She has a fake-nice personality, but is very dismissive.

I needed to see Dr. Eckenrode quickly. I was told she didn't have any appointments available, but when I called her office and spoke to a nurse, she got me seen fast and my problem taken care of. Since then, I have seen her several times. SHe is always professional and courteous, listening to everything I have to say.

Dr. Ecknrode takes care of my mom. She calls me and mom to talk about her lab results. She always calls us to talk about anything we are worried about. NO doctors call you anymore!!! But Dr. Eckenrode does. WE LOVE HER.

Dr. Eckenrode really takes the time to thoroughly get to know me as a person. She knows my medical record backwards and forwards. I feel very confident in her treatment recommendations. She always wants to get my input to make sure I feel comfortable with the plan. She also writes things down so I remember them! I've seen Dr. Eckenrode several times and I know that she really cares about me. She responds quickly to my messages. You will be in good hands if you go see Dr. Eckenrode.

I have two rhuematisms in my two knees and Dr. Eckenrode helped me safely sort out my medication. My legs are feeling better but and I am on less dangerous medication.

This felt more like an interrogation than an actual appointment. She does not understand the appropriate amount of personal space when talking. She was pushy and kept questioning me on why I declined certain medications. Needs to work on people-skills.
