Dr. Madeline Ambrus Lillie, MD

I didn’t want to get allergy tested just wanted help with my out of control asthma. When I told her no testing she wanted nothing to do with me! She started to get rude a bit and wouldn’t help me and told me I had to go to a pulmonologist bc I wouldn’t get the allergy testing and didn’t want shots. I didn’t like her bedside manner at all! She did not make me comfortable at all.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr Lillie. She was patient and listed to my complaints. She does not seem like the overly nice type, but Im not there to make a new friend! She was very good giving me a treatment plan and management of my allergies. Her nurse that did the testing was very prompt and made me feel comfortable. The front end staff, well they seem to care more about there cell phones and talking about the ones date. Kinda annoying and should be adressed by management. But would not hesitate to recommend Dr Lillie for allergy needs

Doctor has bad bedside manner ... Office staff is ignorant with patients . Don't waste your time with this office

I love this doctor but the younger secretaries are increasingly unprofessional. They are more worried about their lunch plans, boyfriends and weekend parties than patients. Patients have even been made to wait while they bid on ebay. I find this very unprofessional. There is also one secretary that is extremely rude to patients. However, Dr. Lillie herself is wonderful and if you can get by her secretaries it is definately worth going to see her.
