If I could give negative stars, I would. I removed my family from this practice, and I would not recommend for Veterans, or their dependents.

Just horrible! Perscribed generic when already taking name brand causing me to take double the amount and issues. Can’t even write script for oxygen without medicare denying it-oxygen level 72! I have little to no confidence-does anyone in that office know what they are doing? If you decide to take the chance, make sure you follow up on EVERYTHING.

I don't know if this review should go to the Dr. or the staff? The doctor tells me I will get the results in a day or two but it is over a week and I have to call and get the phone tag. I have not heard from "the office" in regards to what follow-up I need. A year ago I had to go to Swedish to get the answer for my pain. Dr. Palmer sent me for an x-ray and it was faxed to the doctor 45 minutes after being taken After 6 days I went to Swedish ER and got an answer for my pain.along with medication. 2 weeks later Dr. Palmer's office called me to ask what medication the ER had prescribed me. No mention of my x-ray. On one occasion when I called for results I was told if she pulled up my file to check then it would "go to the bottom of the pile". Really?! We are just a pile?

The doctor is a loving human being in addition to being a wonderful practitioner. She is simply great.

I have never met a doctor that is so dingy. She misunderstand almost everything you request. I just was in the hospital and had all my records sent to her and she never even looked at them and gave me solution to my problem. She is a very nice person but does not make a good doctor.

I've never had a problem that required much time, so I can't rate that one accurately, but we've always discussed whatever was on my mind, and she's extremely easy to talk to.

The front staff is very rude but Dr Palmer is a joy who takes her time. I am very satisfied with her
