Dr. Madhavi Gorusu, MD

I have been going to Dr.Gorusa since 2013 and I have nothing but good experiences with her. She listens to your problems explaining anything you need to understand, she has a heart of gold and treats her patients like they were part of her family. I personally could ever imagine going to anyone else. When it comes to your care she is right on top of it 100 percent. If it wasn,t for her I doubt that I would be still here. She is spot on with everything in her field. Believe me there no one better than her in this field of medicine

Gorusu lacks the necessary skills, knowledge and empathy to effectively treat those in need. Furthermore, she lacks the fundamental leadership skills to lead Starting Physician as Vice President, CMG Branch. Regarding patient care, there are various traits Gorusu needs significant improvement, such as the tack to speak kindly to concerned family members. Here is one example, for Gorusu to not be condescending, rather answer questions in a polite and professional manner. She became irate and defiant; thus, we are now seeking treatment elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because there are many good doctors at Starling.

Madhavi Gorusu, MD with sterling physicians is giving me the greatest gift. More time with the one I love most in the world. her patience and expertise continue to surpass my expectations. She along with our surgeon, have made and continue to make the impossible possible. Thank you to her and the entire team at sterling oncology and infusion.

Poor communicator and sometimes rude.

Although my visits were precautionary and exploratory, we never found any cancer, thankfully. When test indications were found, she was realistic about what they meant, and did well to keeps things in perspective. She followed up on test results the SAME DAY, calling me in the early evening personally to discuss her findings, even though the test results were negative (good news). Dr. Gorusu also received accolades from her peers (other doctors) for her thoroughness and work ethic (I was working with a team of doctors trying to diagnose my condition), and that should speak louder than patient opinions.
