Dr. Madhavi Madugula, MD

I explained to her as well as her staff and on my paperwork hat I had another doctor that I was seeing. One day the tech assistant asked if I had any other medications in which I said yes that my other doctor was prescribing me. She reported to Dr. Madagula that I was purposely getting a controlled substance from another physician. I had provided this information for months not knowing these 2 medications from different doctors were the same. Therefore, Dr. Madagula told me she would continue to see me if I contacted my other doctor and cut all ties with him. I did exactly what she asked of me then I get a message from my other doctor saying they have spoken with each other and decided they neither will be seeing me. I STILL cannot believe she pulled this on me.

Dr. Madugula is the best primary care doctor I have found. I gave her a 4 page typed document of my health issues, and she actually took the time to go through them with me one by one and made suggestions/referrals to resolve them. She is also very proactive. If she knows you are getting labs or imaging done through another doctor and there is something she thinks also needs to be checked, she will fax over an order to wherever you are going to get it done at the same time. What else could you ask for in a primary care doctor--knowledgeable, listens, and is proactive. I can't image why anyone would find her rude. I find her direct, but, certainly not rude.

I visited her and found her bedside manner very rude and judgmental. I will not be going to her again.

She listens & is patient with what you have to tell her & her staff is, too, very nice.. Am glad that I found her as a primary doctor.
