Dr. Madhumita Deepak Bhojraj, MD

Dr Mita is RUDE! She walked into my appointment complaining about the length of the telehealth visit she had before me. When are say she just walked in, I mean it… no knock on the door at all. She asked me why I was there and before I could finish the sentence she said in a very nasty tone “You already have a PCP here, you were here in 2017” I completely ignored her because I wasn’t done telling her the reason for my visit. I continued on in an attempt to explain my reason for being there only to have her cut me off again. She asked “are you nauseous?” I responded that I was not nauseous at all. She said “I am sending a prescription to CVS for nausea” I said “but I just said I am not nauseous at all” she waved her hand at me and at this point I stood up and let her know that I was leaving out to speak with the nurse (who was amazing). I immediately went to the desk and asked, “does she treat everyone this way?” Without explaining how I was treated, the ladies at the desk knew exactly… what I was referencing. No one who is seeking help should be treated this way. I would not treat a dog as bad as she treated me. Dr Mita should really consider retirement, her bedside manner is sub par, to say the least. Oh and while typing this, I just received a call from CVS advising that my NAUSEA medication is ready.

Horrible experience. Did not listen, had no bedside manner, and documented wrong information and diagnosis, in spite of continued correction. Follow up visit for blood work was not permitted due to Dr, taking vacation. Very rude staff .
