Madina Jahed, MD

Dr. Madina Jahed is an adult psychiatrist who completed her psychiatry residency training at Stanford University. She has experience across outpatient, emergency, consultation-liaison, and acute psychiatric settings, which has shaped her practical and patient-centered approach to care.

Dr. Jahed has particular interests in mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, women’s mental health, and the mental health needs of immigrant and culturally diverse populations. She especially enjoys working collaboratively with patients on thoughtful medication management while taking into account each person’s individual background, goals, and preferences.

She speaks English and Dari and values providing culturally sensitive, compassionate, and evidence-based psychiatric care.
