Madolyn Maureen Krengel

This visit was my first to establish new patient status. I had my annual Well Care visit with my previous doctor in May 2026. We just reviewed my history and prescriptions. Excellent visit!

I like all aspects of the care provider! She is attentive, knows where we stopped at my last visit and makes knowledgeable prescriptions and says why.

Dr. Krengel genuinely listened to my concerns and methodically addressed each to make sure options and understanding. Didn't feel rush although I likely took too much of her time but greatly appreciated the thorough consult so our follow ups should be less time.

I was very impressed with how carefully Dr. Krengel reviewed my medical history in advance of my visit.

One of the best primary care providers I have ever had. She is an excellent listener and understands my concerns and does her best to solve my concerns. She is the reason I am willing to travel the long distance to see a primary care provider. Totally satisfied with the care I am provided.

Dr. Krengel is always caring. She takes her time, asks and answers questions and works with you on concerns.

Dr Krengel was attentive and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands. I feel comfortable with her. If I had one single bit of "otherwise" feedback, it wouldn't be about her, but about the systems in place now where computers are concerned. I think I might be getting used to doctors typing while we meet, but it's something that creates a distance.

Dr Krengel is excellent and I also really appreciate that PacMed Northgate is so easy to navigate. Reception folks actually answer the phone, parking is easy, and the on-site lab tends not to be too backed up. It feels less corporate than other clinics I visit, which I really appreciate.
