Dr. Madonna Hanna, MD

I saw Dr, Hanna yesterday and this was my second time. She is very good and nice. She explained all the test I had done very thoroughly. I have been looking for a good Dr, since I moved here 4 years ago and I think she is going to be the one.

Saw her for first and last time, especially after she told me the grieving period is 3 months. I lost my mom 10 months ago with pancreatic cancer. Horrible. Dr Hanna didn’t care. Also doesn’t really care about ANYTHING pressing, just her own agenda. More appointments and tests. Granted, I have many issues, have had brain surgery. She’s too inexperienced, doesn’t want to learn.

This doctor does not care about your health. I was telling her about an issue I was having during my visit and she stopped dead in her tracks and said, "How important is this. You're throwing all of this at me at one time and I cannot address it all in one visit. You will have to schedule another appointment." It was only the second issue I was asking her about and to me it was very important. I will be looking for a new doctor.

I made two phone calls to cancel an appointment to which no one responded. I called the Dr. answering service and they said they would relay the message I would noy make the appointment. Two days later I was finally able to speak with someone and was told the reason my calls were not returned was the amount of calls was very high. I requested another appointment and was told it would be in 30 days. I replied I could get a VA appointment at the Viera Clinic sooner than that and was told she was also seeing other doctors patients.I have decided to find another doctor as the lack of response from the staff is not customer friendly and the doctor appears to be seeing more patients than she can handle.
