I should have read the reviews and noticed the star rating before heading here, but I was staying close by and I was sick, needing urgent care. I assumed this place was a good choice they are, in fact, an urgent care facility. When I arrived I waited over a half hour for the staff to get back from lunch. In the meantime, there was someone at the desk to take my insurance and get me checked in! She never even asked me what the issue was which I found odd. After the doctor returned from lunch and after another 20-30 minutes, I was called back. I told the nurse my symptoms, flu like symptoms, and she went to get the doctor while I again waited. The doctor came in and said we can’t see you or treat you. What?! I was so confused. I had now been there for over an hour, and I was with my 1 1/2 year old son. They wouldn’t treat me because I was told I could have the coronavirus. You can imagine how upsetting that is to hear as a mom with a young son visiting from another state. I didn’t… have anyone to care for him, and I just waited an hour to hear I may have this deadly virus which, even though we travel often, never crossed my mind as a possibility. I watch and read the news, and I hadn’t been anywhere near China, knew anyone who had, or had even traveled internationally at all since last year. All whopping few cases in the US were linked to people visiting China. Anyway, I left there and went straight to the emergency room at the hospital. I checked in and was examined. Turns out I had the flu, shocker! They asked me why I hadn’t just gone to an urgent care, and I told them this urgent care turned me away, wouldn’t treat me after I waited an hour, and told me I potentially had the coronavirus. The ER triage nurse looked at me with disbelief. She couldn’t believe the stupidity. Don’t ever go here! I’m fairly certain had I chosen a different urgent care, I would have NEVER been turned away based on the type and severity of the symptoms I had. Something is wrong considered this Urgent Care is the only one with these poor reviews and terrible star rating. They should do the public a service and close up shop. Or at least don’t come back from lunch! You shouldn’t be treating patients. The best part of all of this by the way is that when I asked the doctor why did you wait an hour to tell me you wouldn’t see or treat me, she turned it all around on me, saying initially I said to the front desk staff my only symptom was a sore throat. That was a total blatant lie. No one asked when I checked in, and now that I think about it, they’re probably supposed to. So either they knew the staff member didn’t ask or she told them she did and that I said sore throat. I didn’t even have a sore throat and I certainly didn’t tell anyone that. Basically after the run around, they blamed it on me. How convenient. My husband called to try to figure out why they would send me to the ER in a tailspin thinking I couldn’t be infected with coronavirus, and they told him because they can, they didn’t have time to talk to him, patients to see. He had to leave work early from a very important job in Phoenix so I could check into the ER. At least I’ve got a great husband to take care of us!

Her stuff not care about patients

I am extremely unhappy with this facility. Dr. Magda is ALWAYS LATE. Appointments are about an hour later than they are scheduled - EVERYTIME Without Fail. The staff is also incompetent, they are always looking for stuff and do not have consistency. I had recently called for an appointment and when they pulled my chart they were working off a whole different patient's chart (mind you, I gave them all my information). I had to tell the staff numerous times that it was not my chart. Extremely Dissatisfied. If you have plans/appointments during the day this is not the place for you, because you will have to cancel your appointment since you will be stuck here. If you have all day on your hands, this may be perfect.

Dr Magda Williams is a wonderful Doctor! When I was having TIA's for a few years she made sure I had no abnormalities... and over those years, I had 2 CT scans...happy to know that there was no damage. (I have not had any TIA's since.) She has always been caring and Intelligent! She always gave me good advice. She also has some wonderful Associate Doctors who work for her! And, I would like to say ...I am "Picky" about Doctors since I'm a Nurse!!!

The staff were not friendly (in person and on the phone, except for Meghan). I like Dr. Williams though.
