Dr. Magdi Riad Gindi, MD

The office so called manager Emma that was refusing to give her name information is an animal rude and should be fired immediately! Dr Gindi is an amazing doctor but this so called office manager is ignorant unethical was acting like a doctor giving wrong advice and brushing everything under the rug! She did everything and anything to not transfer the call to the doctor and hung up the phone multiple times screaming at us constantly after advising multiple times we have a urgent medical matter and are out of the country and need to ask medical advise because we are the Dr’s patients. I am contacting the the board and having this issue escalated to the proper department to get this matter remedied.

After being told both prior to coming in and again when checking in that it would be a 30 minute wait, I waiting more than an hour and a half to see Dr. Gindi. I was only there to request referrals for a specialists I'd previously required, but do to changes in insurance needed new referrals for. Dr Gindi initially didn't want to give them, even asking why I, a 30 year old female, needed a gynecologist. Horrible experience with doctor who doesn't listen.

I will never go to this doctor,He didn't let me to speak ,I wanted to tell the reason of my visit but his Dr. daughter entered the room,hi got up and left, then daughter started to nonstop blabber.All the doctors I saw this one was unbelievable,I want to speak but she doesn't listen ,she blabbers about gluten free diet ,I asked about some medicine , she asks me how many ml do I want ,leaves the room (my times up)then as I was leaving she hands me the prescription.This "doctor" is a joke ,looks like she's dealing with a toy not with humans .Shame on them..

He used to be good as my primary doctor but as his office grew, he started to spend less and less time with patients. he has memorized certain symptons and diagosis and just automatically assumes he knows whats wrong with you and tries to hurry you out the door since he get swampped with patients. He doesn't do appointments, it's all walk in and if you do make an appt, you're still going to have to wait. The doctor is smart and knows his stuff but has no time for you. Any questions you have he doesn't sit and try to explain them to you, just gives you a 2 word answer then sends his nurses in. you wait 45 min to get in and it only takes about 2 min inside then kicks you out.
