Dr. Maged Samir Botros, MD

I saw Dr. Botros in the St. Joseph ER for severe neck/head pain and abdominal pain. He did not listen to me and did not take any diagnostic steps whatsoever to explore what was causing me such pain in my neck and head. There is nothing written or noted in any of my documentation that I even had this pain or reported it. No mention whatsoever. I have since spoken to a neurologist who has referred me for a spinal tap and EEG, under the pretense that I may have severe vagal nerve injury or impairment. If this doctor treats everyone with the same apathy and lack of concern that I experienced, people are sure to die around him, if they’re not already. If he is choosing not to even bother documenting serious symptoms, than many people are going to be without an accurate diagnosis. I did not receive an adequate standard of care from this doctor, and you may not either.

When your not feeling good, or in pain, he truly cares about your condition, sensitive to your needs, and very knowledgeable in every part of the medical field.
