Dr. Bertisch is probably the most thoughtful doctor I have ever encountered. She validated my illness and was able to get to the bottom of it after the typical tests came back negative. She has followed up multiple and helped recommend further care / specialists.

Dr. Bertisch was terrific. Went to see her with a problem with my leg at aUrgent care clinic She was very kind and friendly with amazing bed side manners and knowledge .

Excellent. Communicates well, and quickly understood my explanation of the problem, complex because of other health issues I'm almost fully recovered from. I fully accept her analysis and plan of action, though good results aren't guaranteed. Will know likely within two weeks.

I went to see Dr. Bertisch for a small allergic reaction from amoxicillin. I had a small rash on my leg. She proceeded to give me Benadryl which I was later billed for at over $150. I should've been informed before given such an expensive medication when it wasn't necessary and I could get it over the counter.

I love seeing Dr. Bertisch so much. I've seen her three times and the first time she referred me to a specialist who was super helpful, the second time she solved my OBGYN-related issue and then most recently she cured me of an eye infection. I seriously wish she could be my Primary Cary Physician--she's so great!

I was avoiding a trip to my regular md and decided to take a chance at the duane reade on 50th and broadway on my lunch hour. The set up is clean, courteous and efficient. Dr. Bertisch was pleasant and sufficiently thorough for my ailment. (URI) I was in and out in about 40 minutes with my prescription filled. You can't beat it.Would recommend to anyone.

I saw Dr. Bertisch at the walk-in in Time Square. The whole setup runs very smoothly. One person was ahead of me. I was in and out with my prescription filled in 30mins.She's a very friendly doctor, and has an excellent bedside manner.
