Dr. Magued Ezzat Ibrahim, MD

Dr Ibrahim is a competent caring doctor but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. They fail to followup details, send scrips to the wrong pharmacy or not at all, get appointments confused and generally seem not to care what their doing !

My family and I started going to him right after he started that practice. When he had only one employee and every visit was wonderful. Diane was receptionist/ nurse and never had any issues for years. He lost her and his practice grew. Startedhaving issues after issues. No big deal i understood growing pains and training new staff. After a year and a half they should of had it together and they didn't. Then the time Dr Ibrahim spent with you got shorter and shorter. Personally I think he got to big for his britches. Later found out 2 other people Ihad sent to him was having same issues and had left months earlier.

It is a terrible place all the way around.

The doctor is very knowledgeable, gives me all the time I need, staff is very kind and respectful. I strongly recommend him to anyone.
