I would rate this experience with zero stars if that were an option. The provider demonstrates a complete disregard for patient care, prioritizing billing over addressing genuine concerns. Despite my multiple attempts to advocate for myself in a respectful manner, it is clear that patient satisfaction is not a priority. After giving this practice a second chance following the relocation of my previous provider, I have now encountered multiple failures in their service. I would rather drive farther to find a competent provider than continue enduring such unprofessional and unsatisfactory treatment.

Dr. Alchaer manages my overall health extremely well. Her office staff is on top of things and the time spent in waiting room is very rarely longer than my appt time.

Her office is very high paced but they get the job done correctly she was able to diagnose and treat me within a week unlike other physicians who could not figure out what was wrong with me she knows just what to order
