Dr. Mahan Ostadian, DO

I would recommend Dr. Ostadian to anyone. He has treated my chronic pain for years and recently diagnosed my family member with a rare bone disease that had been misdiagnosed by numerous other doctors.

We have been going to Dr. Ostadian for many years. His knowledge and professionalism is always great. His nurses are all very good at what they do. True professionals.

I have been a patient at Republic Spine and Pain since last summer and am so grateful for their caring, efficient, competent care. Dr. Ostadian is the best! He listens, encourages and tells me what I need to do (i.e. work on my core). I also appreciate his use of conservative methods first instead of medicating the problem. All of the staff is friendly and helpful.

Humble, nice, great bedside manners, thorough, spent a ton of time talking examining, looking at everything I brought and asking many questions. Refreshingly professional, superbly competent.

I have been with Dr. Ostadian for almost a year now. He has been nothing but a breath of fresh air. After dealing with another large pain management practice in austin prior to him, i am so grateful to have found him. Him and his office staff are always helpful and friendly. I never feel like just another number when i am contacting or in his office. He is always on time for his appointments never having me wait more than a few minutes to get me back. His assistants are always nice and smiling and friendly, the sign of an office that takes care of their staff. He always comes in with a smile and relaxed demeanor. He seems genuinely interested in my issues and not just writing a script and sending me on my way. Which was my treatment at another practice. I always felt like i was a copay and a chart number. I never feel rushed in my appointments or by his staff. Im very grateful to them all for all the assistance they have provided me with in the time i have been with this practice. If… you are considering a change this will be a great one. I have learned that just because i am a pain management patient doesn't me i deserve less service or respect than any other patients. Thank you to doctor ostadian and his wonderful office staff in helping me not dread going to the doctor!

Dr. Ostadian is very thorough. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and find a solution versus hand out a prescription and send me on my way. His bedside manner is impeccable, as well as his comllete staff. It's nice to get greeted by first name and with a smile, which since visit 1 has been pleasant. I recommend him to everyone.

I have to change pain mgmt docs because of insurance changes -- so this is disappointing. Dr Ostadian is GREAT -- full of accurate knowledge and complete with good, caring bedside manner. Highly reccomend! His staff (won't name names) can be "funny" at times; at others, great to work with (only drawback).
