Dr. Maharukh E Kravich, DDS

Dr. Kravich received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. She graduated with honors from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1984. She has been practicing in Chicago for 25 years. She is active in several professional associations, including the Chicago Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), where she holds a masters. Dr. Kravich has also been active within the community. She volunteers her services each year at the Special Olympics, provides no-cost dental services to the needy through the Illinois Donated Dental Program, and has lobbied in Washington for federal funding for children's health care.
Dr. Kravich utilizes the most advanced methods and technology in the practice. She attends several lectures and seminars on current issues in dentistry, and just this summer, attained her Mastership through the AGD. The practice went electronic in 2005. We use digital x-rays, which are …quicker, more efficient, and produce much less radiation than traditional film x-rays. Dr. Kravich also uses Biolase lasers, which make for faster, gentler dentistry.
We are conveniently located in downtown Chicago in the landmark 30 North Michigan Building, just minutes from the Magnificent Mile, the Cultural Center, Chicago’s Theater District, and Millennium Park. The office is accessible by public transportation. Parking is also available in Millennium Garages, underground garages just off Michigan Avenue.
