Dr. Mahboob Ahmad Aamer, MD

When I first met with Dr. Aamer I liked him, and he was very through at providing notes from our appts. After I was released from the hospital after an emergency admission, we spoke on the phone. He made a suggestion and I disagreed with him. The hospital physician had spoken with Dr. Aamer and he was asked to order some lab-work on me as a follow-up. But because of our disagreement, he has refused to do so. I have taken that as him refusing to treat me. If you want to see a physician that acts like a child because you disagree with him, well then Dr. Aamer is the Dr for you.

Incompetent office from never answering the phone, showed up for a booked appointment which wasn’t scheduled. Office opened late and will not be returning and don’t recommend anyone else going to this office.

Dr. Aamer was very helpful to my mother. My mother was dealing with some not so great diagnosis and Dr. Aamer as able to provide her with options and explanations that no one else could.

Dr. Aamer has cared for me for over three years with excellent results. He listens. His office staff is friendly and efficient.

Recommended list of food intake & exercise was great! Honest to tell me that I don't need to see him anymore than is necesary after initial visit of normal result lab finding from Internist .

Very Good Doctor take his patients health personally.

After reading some very negative reviews about Dr. Aamer, I saw him yesterday for a surgical clearance. I found him to be a kind, gentle & interested doctor. He also answered all of my questions & made me feel well cared about. He gave me about an hour of his time. I really walked away feeling much better than when I saw one of the top Nephrologists who gets rave reviews on this site. At his request I will return after my upcoming surgery.

Clearly qualified. Don't look for a lot of discussion...very poor listener. I'm not sure I'm getting good care. No email address and very hard to express thoughts to him. One of those guys who hears, but doesn't listen.
