I thought Dr. Doumet was a good doctor but his office staff are terrible. I recently needed to have a prescription filled and they refused to call it into the online provider that my insurance required that I use. There was also the option of doing it online or mailing it and I was forced to drive to their office and pick it up myself and mail it. When I commented to the staff how uncooperative they were, I received a letter a few days later asking me to find another doctor. I have since spoken to others that have experienced similar poor service and one had heard that the doctor believes his patients work for him, not the the way around. Both my wife and I are glad to find another provider with our best interest in mind and appreciate our business. I would recommend others to do the same.

While the doctor is good, his staff is slow to respond to requests, doesn't return messages and doesn't show a great deal of concern for patients. Furthermore, the doctor's schedule is often full and patients are pushed to his wife, who also practices there. Additionally, the doctor requires an office visit every 90 days to refill prescriptions, etc.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A DOCTOR CARE THE WAY THAT DR. DOUMET DOES. HE'S VERY UNDERSTANDING AND TAKES THE TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT I'M COMFORTABLE. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROMPT AND HIS STAFF IS AMAZING.

VERY PLEASANT DEMEANOR, PLEASANT OFFICE STAFF. DR DOUMET NEEDS TO ACTIVATE HIS ANTENNAE TOWARD DRUG SEEKERS. WHEN A CLIENT NEEDS AN ED 8 DAYS AFTER 120 PERCS ARE PRESCRIBED, THERE IS A PROBLEM. COMPASSION IS A WONDERFUL TRAIT, ONE THAT IS ABUSED TOO FREQUENTLY.
