Mahesh Bhattarai, MD, believes in providing comprehensive, compassionate care that puts patients at the center of every decision. As a hospitalist, Dr. Bhattarai is dedicated to caring for patients during the hospital stay, guiding them through some of their most vulnerable moments. He specializes in the care of hospitalized Internal Medicine patients with complex needs, with clinical interests in heart failure and arrhythmias.

Dr. Bhattarai completed Residency in Internal Medicine from Florida State University College of Medicine at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare in Tallahassee, Florida. Prior to that, Dr. Bhattarai earned his Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery from Manipal College of Medical Science under Kathmandu University in Pokhara Nepal, residency in Internal …Medicine from BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan, Nepal and Doctor of Medicine in Cardiology from National Academy of Medical Sciences, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Dr. Bhattarai has a special interest heart failure and coronary artery disease and some of his works has been published in peer-reviewed journals.
